Hello and welcome to my blog.

I made this site because I promised myself that I will go camping (maybe picnicking) this summer (with my wife) whenever possible. I live in a state where parks are almost everywhere with hiking and biking trails, and of course picnic grounds.

Being a Filipino and a true blooded Ilocano, I put up a basic camping gear without spending a fortune. To keep the budget to a bare minimum, some of the items were bought from thrift or discount stores while others are items that I already have.

So join me as I endeavor to gather a good, reliable and inexpensive camping gear and enjoy the great outdoors.
